1. Service agreement
By scheduling service with HOAX Pest Control LLC ("HOAX," "we," "us"), you agree to these terms. Service is provided to the address you supply at the agreed frequency (one-time, monthly, bi-monthly, or quarterly). Plans continue until you cancel.
2. Warranty & callbacks
Recurring service plans include free callback service between regularly scheduled visits if covered pests return. Callbacks must be requested by phone or text. One-time treatments do not include warranty callbacks.
3. Pricing & payment
Pricing is quoted before service begins. Payment is due at time of service unless otherwise arranged. We accept major credit cards, ACH, check, and cash. Late payments may be subject to a fee.
4. Cancellation
You may cancel any plan at any time with no cancellation fee. Please give us at least 24 hours' notice for individual scheduled visits.
5. Access & safety
You agree to provide safe access to areas requiring treatment, secure pets during service, and disclose any known allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions that may affect product selection. Our products are people-, pet-, and plant-friendly when used as directed.
6. Limitations
Pest control reduces and manages pest pressure but cannot guarantee total elimination of all species in all conditions. Wildlife (other than rodents), wood-destroying insect inspections, fumigation, and bee relocation are not included unless specifically quoted.
7. Liability
HOAX is licensed and insured in the state of Arizona. Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided. We are not liable for pre-existing damage, indirect losses, or issues arising from undisclosed property conditions.
8. Privacy
We collect only the information needed to provide service (name, address, phone, email, payment). We do not sell your information. SMS messages are used for service updates and quotes only — reply STOP to opt out.
